RIPPING UP THE RULE BOOK.
The East London staple.
A rich but chilled out Single Malt whisky that shines a light on what we care about. Putting a spotlight firmly on the English malted barley variety Maris Otter, each batch of our single malt is made up of 1 year's production where more than 6 different yeast strains could have been used.
We vary this year on year depending on the ambient temperature of our East London distillery. As the years, yeast strains and casks come and go, our core flavour profile remains.
This one’s made to be drunk any way you want to: neat, on the rocks, or slammed into your favourite cocktail.
