WHISKY YOUR WAY – take a front row seat in New School whisky with our tour and tasting  (1.5 hours)

Like whisky? Want whisky? Think it’s time whisky had a shake up? If you said yes to all three of those then we’ll get along just fine. Join us in our bar for a welcome drink before we take you through our brew house and distillery where we show you how we do things differently. You’ll then descend into the underbelly of our home to taste your way through our Rye, Single Malt and cask draws we haven’t even tried yet.

If you know a good thing when you see it, then you’re in the perfect place to while your time away once your tour is over. Our latest cocktail menu puts all the good stuff you’ve just sampled into action and if you’re feeling peckish, we’ve got you covered with food by chicken royalty, Royale (of Leroy, Shoreditch). Better yet, if the sun’s out (or you’re feeling brave), our outdoor terrace boasts an East End wisteria canopy that turns Chelsea Flower Show green with envy.

FIGHTING SPIRIT TOUR – a punchy tour and tasting of our flagship gin range (1.5 hours)

Cross the threshold of our distillery bar and a welcome drink will find its way to you in no time. You’ll then be whisked around our stills, where we explain what on earth goes on inside those copper beauties, before being beckoned to the depths of our barrel room to taste your way through our three flagship gins and vodka.

All of the above tours can be provided for a private group of people. We also offer virtual online tastings where we bring the booze to you.
