Can I purchase this as a gift?

What if we are more than the allocated number of seats?

Whoa, look at you, mates for days! Drop us a line at bookings@eastlondonliquorcompany.com with your preferred date, time, and headcount, and we’ll do our best to get you all in.

Help! I need to change the day or cancel my booking.

Life happens. If it’s at least 7 days before your booking, we’re happy to move you to another date. Just email us at bookings@eastlondonliquorcompany.com and we’ll get you sorted.

I’m not 18 / Someone in my group isn’t 18 — can they still come?

Afraid not. Our experiences are strictly 18+ because, well… booze.

What if we're running late?

London traffic, we get it. If you’re running behind, give us a shout.

We’ll try to hold the session for a few minutes, but after that we may have to start without you. Late arrivals might miss part of the experience and we can’t offer refunds for missed sections.

I've bought or been gifted a gift card, how long is it valid for?

In line with all gift cards, gift cards for experiences are valid for one year since the date of purchase.
