SALES ADMINISTRATOR
We are currently are seeking an admin assistant for a newly created role across sales, logistics and finance. This is a great opportunity to join a young company and develop your own role as well as to learn more about spirits production. 

Responsibilities
  • Customer service and order coordination – dealing with queries and orders from accounts, keeping customers up to date with delivery dates and logging and raising sales orders on internal systems (B2B and B2C)
  • You will be expected to build good working relationships with accounts and be the point of contact for all orders. 
  • New account admin – dealing with new customer set-up including setting customers up on our systems, taking trade references, filling out new line forms and sending product and price information to new customers. 
  • Prepare and ship samples on request both domestically and internationally, manage sample packaging inventory levels and complete  
  • Finance support – first point of contact for invoice queries, pro-forma payments, credit notes, returns and payment reminders  
  • Coordinate with Logistics manager on stock availability and send weekly mailout
  • Assist with picking and packing orders for weekly deliveries 
  • Sales enquiries - coordinate new enquires with appropriate member of team 
  • Provide general administrative support to logistics, sales and finance teams 
Requirements 
  • An eye for detail and delivers high-quality work in a timely manner 
  • Excellent phone manner and conversational skills  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills 
  • Good knowledge of Excel and all Microsoft applications. Ability to follow and implement processes where required 
  • Proactive approach to work and able to deal with a high volume of requests
  • Experience with Sage would be an advantage

BARTENDERS
We’re looking for bartenders with cocktail and spirit knowledge to join our team at our distillery bar near Victoria Park, which will include some shifts in our Borough Market shop.
