Since 2014, whisky has been a central part of our output as a distillery. From transatlantic collaborations with Sonoma Distilling Co. to our core grain-to-glass Single Malt and Rye bottles that have built our reputation for great tasting whisky from the new school. We exist to challenge, to push and to dive deep in the search for great flavour.

Now that we've reached our eighth year we enter a new phase that sees our whisky output increase significantly, a fact we celebrate with a new bottle, presentation boxes and sacks full of stories and bright tales of ambition.

No other spirit will excite, enrage and embolden bar room debates like a great whisky that breaks the rules and we are here to prove that with the right team and a renegade attitude to life, we can deliver just that.
LONDON RYE® WHISKY
For centuries whisky has come with layers of history, tales of tradition, resistance to change and aversion to innovation. You deserve more. More flavour. More complexity. Heavy hitters for slow sippers. Malted Rye to Spice Up Your Life. Speciality Barley. Yeast strains from the future. Long fermentation. All aged in barrels from places too numerous to list.
Every drop of our London Rye® is made in the East End of London – a spot not often associated with whisky, or with following the rules. We use methods and techniques that turn our friends north of the border green with envy.
So you decide what’s next – straight up or over ice. Tumbler or teacup. We don’t judge. Because you’re in charge and that’s how we do things in the new school.
EAST LONDON SINGLE MALT
We’re guessing this won’t be the first whisky you’ll ever drink, and it probably won’t be the last. That’s because a love of whisky drives you on a voyage of discovery.
Turn right and you hit the path well-trodden: the safe, the same-old same-old. But turn left and you’ll find yourself at the doors of our distillery where we like to do things our way. Every drop we produce is made right here in the East End of London. English malted barley, long fermentation, aged in a massive range of barrels from around the world and distilled by a crew with more fresh ideas than the copywriters can handle.
All combined, these create the unique style and flavour profile of our Single Malt. Whisky may be steeped in tradition but we have our eyes firmly fixed on the future. Drawing inspiration from some of the great drams of the past, this is our take on a Single Malt for modern times. Throw away the map, turn left and join us in the new school.
